BVB IA Waterloo & Flick Announce New Partnership
BVB IA Waterloo is announcing an exiting partnership with Flick - A major new club partnership for North America. The world leading soccer training brand is now ‘Official High Performance Equipment Partner’ with Borussia Dortmund’s International Academy Waterloo. The partnership marks the first Canadian club agreement for Flick and is aimed at giving players, coaches, and parents the opportunity to train with and purchase the Flick PRO range, as well as a carefully selected Urban range of equipment.
Paul Burns, BVB IA Waterloo Executive Director, says ‘I met the Flick team recently at Soccerex Miami and quickly realized the potential this unique training range has to offer. As an academy with over 700 players, we aim to provide the highest performing equipment for everyone from our U8 Skill Centre players right up to our semi-professional League1 Ontario players. Flick’s unique scientific validation of their Urban and PRO Skills Trainers was a huge attraction to this range of training equipment, and we’re excited to get our players to work and start seeing improvements.’

Flick Is Live At BVB IA Waterloo
We are delighted to take delivery of the world’s number-one soccer training range and can’t wait to see the impact that this is going to have at our academy. Our players are going to be able to use Flick training equipment to enhance their technical ability and skill levels and our coaches will use the equipment to aid the development of our players.
Excitement levels are high with both the players and coaches alike and now that the equipment is here, we look forward to seeing our players go on to reach their full potential. The Flick training range is scientifically validated to improve players’ ability and so we can’t wait to see the results.
Trusted by the current English Premier League champions Manchester City, the Flick products can be used in a team environment, but they also provide an excellent opportunity to practice at home individually. A further announcement will be made which will allow parents and family members to purchase Flick products for home use directly via BVB IA Waterloo. The best part is that every time you purchase a Flick product, our club will receive a percentage of money back from Flick which we will use to re-invest in our players’ and our club’s future.
